Login into your Google Contacts Account with your email address and password.

Now on the left side, you see a tab with lots of option in it, choose “More”.

Scroll a little bit, and you are able to see “Restore Contacts” Hit the mouse arrow on it.

Step 4 : 

Now select the time period from which you want to recover your Phone Contacts from your Google Account.

Step 5 : 

Hit the restore button to recover your lost phone contact on your mobile phone and Google account.
