Transferring Contacts From iPhone to Outlook
In research, I founded two ways to export contacts from iPhone to outlook. You can use CopyTrans Contacts program to automatically transfer contacts to outlook or you can manually sync all iPhone contacts to outlook using Mac.
To sync contacts from your mac then you’ve to choose “Sync Contacts with” within iTunes for Windows, or “Sync Address Book Contacts”.

We will take a simple way of syncing iPhone contacts for that you’ve to download and install CopyTrans Contacts on your Mac.
Step 1 :
Run ConpyTrans Contact and connect it with your iPhone. Your all contacts will appear on the program window
Step 2 :
To transfer all iPhone contacts to outlook, Mark the checkbox next to ”Contacts”. (if you want to transfer a limited number of contacts then also mark those contacts you want to export to outlook ).
Step 3 :
Click on Export Selected ( at left corner ).
Step 4 :
In the next window, the program asks you to select the format for contacts backup. In ”Transfer your contacts to” select ”Outlook”.
Step 5 :
Now select the ”Outlook contact folder to export” where you want to export your iPhone contacts.
Note: To prevent importing duplicate contacts to your Outlook. Mark the “Search for duplicates”.
Step 6 :
In this step you will see, a dialogue box with a warning message, Mark the “Allow access for” option for at least “1 minute” and select ”Yes”.
