Step 1:

At first, open the working space of Microsoft Office word by launching the application.

You will see a menu option “Design” between the two menu options File and Insert. Left-click on the “Design”.

Left-click on the “Paragraph spacing” option. After clicking that, you will find a list of several options popping out.
