Firstly, choose the text or file which you want to copy. Select it in the order in which you have to paste in other files.

Go to the edit option, which is given at the side of the screen. Various options list appear there.
Now go to the copy button and click on it. It is shown in the edit option.
Select the place or folder where you want to paste the text or file in the place. In any of the documents, you can add the text. Click on the field first before adding the text there.
Go to the edit option after which, and a menu occur on the screen.
Select that paste option shown there on the menu. If there are multiple files, then you need the paste items option.

Now go to the copy option. Also, you can use the control and C option to copy it.
